I pushed a libubuntuone to oneiric-proposed that improves this already by ~5s. Subscribing ubuntu-sru.

To reproduce, try something like this:

banshee /usr/lib/banshee/Banshee.exe --redirect-log u1ms://stores.7digital.com/us.7digital.com/artists/insane-clown-posse/forgotten-freshness-vol-1-2?partner=983

And time how long it takes for the album to appear.
