Comment 30 for bug 2024427

I looked at the latest kernel in lunar-proposed (6.2.0-30.30) and I still don't see all the needed patches.

It has these two:
    - drm/amd/amdgpu: introduce gc_*_mes_2.bin v2
    - drm/amdgpu: reserve the old gc_11_0_*_mes.bin

But it's missing these:
