Comment 7 for bug 2016398

I have furthermore tested with https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/MainlineBuilds and cannot replicate it with 6.3. I think this is is an issue not in the mainline kernel, but I am not sure what, it seems the patches that might be getting applied to it are not under debain/patches

also looking at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2016398/+attachment/5665218/+files/overlayfsscript , it seems I accidentally left in a test mount of /proc which is not needed, sorry about that
