Same problem on my Dell Inspiron 16 laptop:

- Ubuntu 22.04.1
- Kernel 5.15.0-50-generic
- Nvidia Driver: 515.76
- Card: RTX 3060

The boot option "nomodeset" added in grub settings seems to solve temporaly the problem.
