I did a test rebuild on Jammy, and the current golang-1.18 can build itself on ppc64el just fine:

Therefore, I'm:

- Lowering this bug's priority to "Low" on Jammy;

- Removing the server-todo tag;

- Unassigning this bug to myself, as I have other, more urgent things on my plate.
