  * Refresh diverged patch:

    - add debian/patches/11_fix_ftbfs_with_fontconfig.patch
    - update debian/patches/series
  * Build with default gcc (hardy: 4.2, intrepid: 4.3)
    - update debian/rules
    - update debian/control
