Dapper - Intrepid have been uploaded to the ubuntu-security-proposed ppa (https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-security-proposed/+archive/ppa). Once they have finished building, they can be pocket copied to -proposed and people can use https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed. Please leave feedback here so they can be moved to -updates.
