It doesn't work with a lot of themes (I'm using Darklooks).

By erasing the file home/$user/.gtkrc-2.0 which contains :

# include rc style for the xfce4-notes-plugin

include "/home/nini/.config/xfce4/panel/xfce4-notes-plugin.gtkrc"

# end of automatic change

the problem seems to be solved.
