After a quick look at the latest debdiff proposed by Matthew, I would suggest to use version 3.3.0-1ubuntu0.1 in Jammy. Right now, we have version 3.3.0-1 in the release pocket, and using version 3.3.0-1ubuntu1 might make some users think that this delta was introduced during the development cycle, and using 3.3.0-1ubuntu0.1 makes more explicit the fact that this was introduced after the release via a SRU. This is just my 2 cents, what was proposed would work out well, it is more a semantic thing that I like to follow when adding a delta via SRU to a package that used to be a sync from Debian.
