While the symptoms experienced here seem similar to the ones reported in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1162620, the patch that fixed the latter is present in the version of the package for which you reported the issue.

Therefore, would you mind providing additional information, such as configuration files? More importantly, we would be interested in a reproducer for the issue.
Can you reproduce it without using ansible?

differentiate between a local configuration problem and a bug in Ubuntu, I

provide a more complete description of the problem, explain why you
believe this is a bug in Ubuntu rather than a problem specific to your
