N.b.: As noted in LP: #1993422 and explained at https://groups.google.com/g/linux.debian.legal/c/XDKSodIvGQQ and https://lwn.net/Articles/842436/, there is uncertainty about the licensing for nmap. This should be taken into account before backporting any patches from versions of nmap covered by this new license.
