It looks like that now there is no language menu in the bootloader for the current daily build of Ubuntu 20.10 (Groovy Gorilla) Daily Build at http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/. Also the Installer could not be launched to check Tajik language.
I suggest there should be a language menu in the bootloader, so users could select on what they want to do with the Ubuntu - to try or to install it - in their native language.
For the current build without a language menu it takes a user to load a Live Ubuntu in English, have some third-party translated instruction on how to change language into their native language and so on.
