Updated work around for Focal Fossa 20.04.1

1: to install alsa-ucm-conf_1.2.3-1_all.deb from Debian Snapshots (link di download: https://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20200820T205846Z/pool/main/a/alsa-ucm-conf/alsa-ucm-conf_1.2.3-1_all.deb)

Tested on Xubuntu 20.04.1 kernel 5.4.0-58-generic
