I confirm the second, the daemon hv_kvp_daemon not find the files:
/usr/libexec/hypervkvpd/hv_get_dns_info
/usr/libexec/hypervkvpd/hv_get_dhcp_info
With linux-cloud-tools version 4.15.0-22.24
