thx for all the help, but for me it does not work.
i did it as described and it updated the initramfs, but after every reboot the swap-partition has a different UUID.
i switched back to the old-fashioned style and my swap partition will be used as /dev/hda2, but if anyone has hint for me, i will try und report.
