Wow! After the long silence in this bug I figured nothing was happening.
It wasn't linked to anyplace where the ongoing discussion of Upstart's
evolution was clearly happening.

I have a lot of reading to do.

I would like acknowledgment of my contribution in the Cookbook.
I'm sure there are others who also deserve recognition.
