Comment 0 for bug 39146

The 'restart required' icon seems to appear much too often for my liking. Worse yet, it doesn't even tell you what package is it that requires restart or have a GUI option to remove the reminder or remind later. Also, to my understanding a kernel upgrade is the only thing that _requires_ restart. It should be 'recommended', explain why and still not appear as often as it does -- I'm not running Windows and I certainly don't want a clone.
