Daniel, I think your screenshot shows a different bug, where the dash appears behind other windows - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/805087

This bug concerns the incorrect window menu being shown (ie. the menu that might have File, Edit, Help etc.).
