Currently Bug #667690 market us duplicate of this bug, unfortunately it is not. Please can any one confirm it?
here is screen shout what shows double menu entry after app started:

and this can be "fixed", after switch the app off and on fullscreen again.

The second issue is, no visual feedback after icon was clicked. Wine apps start usually slow, even i not always sure did i pressed the button or not.
