d. Identical "battery-low.svg" and "battery-low-symbolic.svg" icons.
e. A "battery_plugged.svg" icon that apparently isn't used by anything.

What you should see:
a. Just a "battery-caution.svg" icon (with "battery-caution-symbolic" falling back to it).
b. Just a "battery-charged.svg" icon.
c. Just a "battery-empty.svg" icon (with "battery-empty-symbolic" falling back to it).
