Bug Description
SUMMARY
Trying to upgrade from Kubuntu 19.10 to 20.04, the upgrade tool finally suggest a new version.
But, there is no a word about the final 20.04:
"Welcome to the Ubuntu 'Focal Fossa' development release
This release is still in development. Do not install it on production machines."
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. pkexec do-release-upgrade -m desktop -f DistUpgradeViewKDE
