Bug description:
[Impact]
Users with both the ubuntu-desktop and lubuntu-desktop metapackages
installed are unable to upgrade to Saucy from Raring.
[Test Case]
1) install a Raring system with the ubuntu-desktop and the
lubuntu-desktop metapackages
2) Try to upgrade to Saucy via do-release-upgrade
3) Observe an unresolvable problem message
If you try upgrading use the dist-upgrader in -proposed by using do-
release-upgrade -p or update-manager -p, you should be able to upgrade
to Saucy.

* Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
