Bug Description
There's no compelling reason I shouldn't be able to run mk-sbuild as root, especially given that it just uses sudo to do most of its work anyway.
It makes it difficult to use when my unprivileged user is in the sbuild group, but doesn't have sudo rights.

As far as I can see, the reason it's currently like this is ~/.mksbuildrc
