While running through the test plan for storage-framework, I had keeper-service segfault inside libubuntu-app-launch

I suspect that this is related to the recent ubuntu-app-launch 0.11 landing, which says it removes upstart and click support.

Attached is a backtrace I captured on a xenial+overlay system with debug symbols installed.
