as you can see above, i committed a fix. you can test it now by installing the ubufox extension from latest bzr branch in your profile:

bzr branch lp:ubufox; cd ubufox; sh build.sh; firefox ubufox.xpi

(remember that in order to get the latest package version you need to uninstall the profile ubufox from tools->addons, which will make the packaged version reappear).
