Wanted to confirm this as a big issue. For me:
Opening a video starts it as blue. I go to nvidia-settings (proprietary drivers) and see that Hue got set to -1000. I move it up to 0 and the video looks normal. If I open a new video, everything goes blue again until I wiggle the slider a bit.
