The default behavior of the single button would be the same behavior as the
current "Reply" button. That button would have a drop-down menu with all
possible reply options.

We could then have the ability for the user to add customized buttons. The user
could then add his own reply-type or buttons. The default for all skins would
be to have a Reply All button.
