indeed, CPU usage is high and it's not as snappy as with version 91, but it's much better than I was experiencing, where UI would take about 250ms to update because of the cardbook addon. I still hope it gets fixed properly.

Also, it's not only the messages pane which is laggy. If you stretch the folders pane to be really wide, that one is laggy as well.
