These sound like upstream issues, really. The changelog for 91.3.2 mentions a bugfix related to the use of a dark theme, so maybe your problem is fixed there too?

In any case, I'd suggest filing a bug at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi#h=dupes%7CThunderbird, and once you've done that, please share the link to it here.
