I had a hunch it was you, due to the grained background inserted along with the problematic flat-design text fields.
A general remark about this Josiah: on libre *nix systems which use GTK+ theme (such as GNU/linux, freeBSD and so on), you should *really* stick to using the widgets of the GTK theme the user specified.
