Still very much broken on 10.02 in IMAP as it has been for many years.

I created a custom header rule:

version="9"
logging="yes"
name="TEST"
enabled="yes"
type="17"
action="Copy to folder"
actionValue="mailbox://nobody@Local%20Folders/TEST"
condition="OR (\"mime-version\",contains,1.0)"

This should have copied at least one email!
But none appeared and the Filter log remained totally blank.
