You are using a private map entry, something you have put intop
 /etc/texmf/updmap.d/
or somewhere else.

MinionPro.map is not shipped by texlive, nor mentioned in any of
the files shipped by texlive.

So it seems you have done something with the MinionPro package,
without knowing what to do.
