Binary package hint: software-center

Programs such as Unity and software-updater (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareUpdateHandling#Expanded presentation of updates) will need to access Software Center's XAPIAN database in the future. Therefore we should add a public API so that this is easy.
