Graphical snaps don't follow the window and icon themes selected by the user (GTK them and probably KDE ones as well).
Instead, they are displayed using that ugly basic theme that is used when the theme can't be found.
One example of this is the keepassx-elopio snap.
I think snappy should somehow allow access to the required directories (/usr/share/themes, /usr/share/icons, ~/.themes, ~/.icons, and maybe others).
