Yes, Firefox on SNAP is broken by design. I'm a long time user of Ubuntu and Firefox, and I've waited 3 months upgrading to 22.04 because of this choice of yours. I've finally upgraded and I'm not disappointed, my fears came true. I really don't want to go the chrome route.

I just hope that Ubuntu will not do this with the other applications, otherwise I'll switch right away to another distro.
