Could you look at that at some point and remove that stanza?
Also, only the python2 version of this package needs to be promoted, I believe. If we do end up promoting the python3 version, we'll need to promote the python3-oslo-serialization binary package (source is in main already).
python-oslo.log from the PPA (https:/ /launchpad. net/~james- page/+archive/ ubuntu/ kilo/+packages) is fine too. Though, is there a reason it only runs the python2 tests?
