- brutal stop of the computer (switch off power)
- start the computer
- a disk check will occur with the message 'press C to cancel all disk check'
- wait few seconds (typically until the % grows slowdown)
- press 'c' key => checking continue until 100%
If 'c' key is pressed quickly after the check start, it cancel the disk check
Binary package hint: plymouth
To reproduce:
- brutal stop of the computer (switch off power)
- start the computer
- a disk check will occur with the message 'press C to cancel all disk check'
- wait few seconds (typically until the % grows slowdown)
- press 'c' key => checking continue until 100%
If 'c' key is pressed quickly after the check start, it cancel the disk check
It sounds similar to https:/ /bugs.launchpad .net/ubuntu/ +source/ plymouth/ +bug/562811 except that I don't hit the cancel key quickly and even with the fix of this bug it does not fix my case.
