Another workaround for this is to use the 'offscreen' platform. For example:

QT_QPA_PLATFORM=offscreen phantomjs rasterize.js 2i8zaNg04d9B41Zir2kT3J/output.html 2i8zaNg04d9B41Zir2kT3J.png
