[ia64] Current partition list display is off

Bug Description

When doing manual partitioning of the hard drives, the right border will be off by up to a few characters. See attached screenshot. This was done on an rx2620 using the MP's remote serial console.

It's hard to tell for sure, but I'm going to guess wildly that this is due to the non-breaking space business in partman. http://bugs.debian.org/243373 may be related.

I think you may be right on the spaces being handled badly. Here's the first of two screen shots that compare konsole's utf8 encoding with iso8859-1. Neither one is right, but with iso8859-1, things line up correctly.
