We are past feature freeze so we should concentrate on specific bugfixing rather than version upgrades. 2.1rc11->2.1rc15 is mostly about new features afaict (or fixing regressions introduced by those new features), except the lladdr bug fixed in rc12 which is already included in our version. I see nothing that clearly warrants a Feature Freeze exception (and differing from current Debian version).
