In ubuntu jaunty,
netbase 4.34 postinst script is :
update-rc.d networking start 40 S . start 35 0 6 .

and after,
netbase 4.35 postinst script is :
update-rc.d networking start 35 0 6 .

I think the line update-rc.d needs to be changed in the openswan package according to the new netbase package.
