As it turns out, the situation is a bit more complex. Although ufw does provide the ufw-directoryserver profile, for some reason we don't install ufw profiles on Ubuntu:

I'm not sure why that is the case, and git-blame isn't very helpful to clarify the question. I will try to ask around and see if I can understand the rationale behind this decision.
