I added Xenial-Backports for an ack of the backports Team.
I updated the bug description with a full backport-request template for this case (as you'd do on an SRU with the SRU template).

This is my first backport to the actual -backports pocket, please let me know who of us eventually uploads what exactly to where.
I built the source as I assumed it will be needed, but need your experience if you need modifications.

@Backport Team - please review and ack or let me know what needs to be changed.
