System information
------------------
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu Jammy Jellyfish (development branch)
Release: 22.04
Codename: jammy
Integrated AMD GPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics
GPU : NVIDIA GA106M [GeForce RTX 3060 Mobile / Max-Q] with nvidia-driver-510
Description of the problem
--------------------------
I can't change the brightness of the screen using the hot keys or the settings menu.
It is clear that these buttons are acting on the value stored in /sys/class/backlight/nvidia_0/brightness, but has no effect on the actual brightness.
However, modifying manually the value in /sys/class/backlight/amdgpu_bl0/brightness changes the actual brightness. |

Troubleshooting attempts
------------------------
If I downgrade the nvidia dirver from 510 to 470, controlling brightness works fine. |
