Comment 51 for bug 24828

Maybe I'm missing the documentation, but with the exception of the Firefox resolution thing, has anyone worked out why when v6 is enabled DNS resolution is taking so much longer in these cases?

I have installed Ubuntu on many machines, none accessing a v6 network.. and yet none seem to have this problem?
