@bryce For the record: the nut/2.7.4-5.1ubuntu2 ppc64el test failed as per the SRU ADT regression report in comment #18, but it passed after a re-run triggered by Eric. So the report was correct, but when you checked the test has already been re-ran [1]. The 'Not touching package due to block request by freeze' comment is always present for packages in the stable series - this basically means that it will not migrate to -updates automatically, as that only happens for the devel series.
