Comment 5 for bug 95854

There is a dialog asking you if you want to override the directory and you acknowledge it, not really a nautilus bug. I've opened a bug upstream anyway: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=425980. The bug is low importance though, user can read the dialog and then click on ok or not
