I got the messags saying that Dropbox was running from an unsupported location after installed nautilus-dropbox from ubuntu repository. I clicked "Don't ask again" and it seems that Dropbox was running as intended. I just want to make sure Dropbox really works properly if I ignored the message.
To be honest I prefer installing all software from ubuntu repository in order to keep the consistency of package management system. So even if I know Dropox officially provides deb installer and newer releases,I don't want to choose it.
