I observed this bug today in the build 20020924 on Sparc/Solaris. I can't
compose any message and I get the error message "An error occurred while
creating a message compose window. Please try again." (Without the T on the next
line.) I just installed a new version of Mozilla, but I left untouched my
settings and profile.
