Comment 4 for bug 528645

Seems to have been caused by a change in the format used by Intel's drivers for their version number. kwin expected >= 20060101 but the driver is set to "2009 Q 4" which doesn't match. Removed the check in kdebase-workspace 4.4.1-0ubuntu4
